Delivery & Inspection Guidelines

Thank you for choosing Marblebee.com! We are thrilled to have you as a customer and want to ensure your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. To help make sure your delivery meets your expectations, we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines:

Inspect Your Shipment Upon Delivery

When your order arrives, we kindly ask that you take a moment to inspect the items, while the delivery driver is still present.

  • What to Look For:

  • Please check all the items carefully for any visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or if the package appears to be warped or compromised in any way. 

  • If the Package Is Damaged or Shows External Signs of Damage: If the package appears scratched, warped, or shows any visible signs of damage, please make sure to write "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt. We also ask that you take a photo of the delivery receipt for our records. Additionally, please take clear photos or videos of the damaged package from multiple angles. This will help us quickly identify and address the issue with the shipping carrier.

  • If the package appears intact, we still kindly ask you to record the unboxing process. This is very helpful in case any issues arise later, as it allows us to assist you quickly.

  • Timing is Key:

  • Different shipping companies may have their own policies depending on your location, and sometimes a signature may be required to confirm that you’ve received the goods in good condition. To ensure everything is in order, we suggest inspecting your items before signing the delivery receipt.

  • In certain regions, damage claims need to be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, so we kindly ask that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible within this time window to ensure we can assist you promptly. 

 

Therefore:

  • If damage is discovered after the driver has left, please ensure that you notify us within 48 hours by emailing us the necessary documentation.

How to Report Damage


At Marblebee.com, we take pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to ensuring a seamless delivery experience. In the event that your shipment is damaged upon arrival, we kindly ask that you follow these steps to help us process your claim quickly and efficiently.


  1. Take Photos and Videos:

    1. Capture clear, high-quality photos and videos of the damaged item, including the packaging, from multiple angles. The more details, the better.

  2. Send the Photos/Videos:

    1. Email the photos and videos, along with your order number, to our customer service team at admin@marblebee.com.

                 2. If you’re sending a video, please make sure it shows the condition of the                           product and the packaging during unboxing.

  1. Submit Your Claim Promptly:

    1. Please ensure that your claim is submitted within 48 hours of delivery to ensure timely processing. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
