For Stone Bathtubs and statues:
If your bathtub or statue arrives cracked, please provide a video recording of the unboxing process showing that the damage occurred during shipping. In such cases, we guarantee:

• Replacement: We will create a new bathtub or statue and ship it to you free of charge.

• Refund: Alternatively, if you prefer, we will issue a full 100% refund.

For Fountains, Fireplace mantels, Gazebos, Benches, and Other Stone Products:
If any piece of your product arrives damaged, we will promptly address the issue:

• Replacement: A new replacement piece will be made and shipped to you immediately.

• Repair Costs: If you are able to repair the damage using stone glue, we will cover the repair costs.
