I contacted 3 months ago asking for a customized travertine fountain, they are very professional, they send me back CAD drawing for confirmation right away, after a few emails exchange, we have already make it happen. Highly recommanded this company. Their service team and craftmanship are all awesome.

I was very happy with the bathtub we ordered from Marblebee and excited to find out they offered free delivery to our door. However, the trucking company they used was disappointing. The driver only dropped it off at the curbside and refused to bring it up to our driveway. We were worried the wooden crate might get stolen, so we politely asked him to move it closer, but he was rude and just left it there. I really hope Marblebee considers using a different logistics company in the future, because everything else about the experience was great.
