I was very happy with the bathtub we ordered from Marblebee and excited to find out they offered free delivery to our door. However, the trucking company they used was disappointing. The driver only dropped it off at the curbside and refused to bring it up to our driveway. We were worried the wooden crate might get stolen, so we politely asked him to move it closer, but he was rude and just left it there. I really hope Marblebee considers using a different logistics company in the future, because everything else about the experience was great.
I am surprised we could find this instock and the size is perfectly match! The delivery took some time because of the truck company. But the fireplace is perfect!
