I was after a small (length-wise) but deep soaking tub to fit in my small bathroom. I did a lot of research in Australia to find what I was looking for. I wanted a stone soaking tub. I them decided to contact Jack Gao Marblebee Ltd to see what he could do for me. He was extremely prompt in getting back to me with an estimate price and design ideas. For some time we communicated back and forth regarding measurements as I and he wanted to be certain of price and dimensions before work began. After settling on a design and price I gave Jack the go ahead to produce my marble soaking tub. As other customers, I was shown pictures along the way and up-dated on progress. When the tub arrived in Australia, I was thrilled with the care that had been taken and the beautiful finish of the stone. It is a wonderful piece of natural material and craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the end product. I rated my experience as a 4 which had nothing to do with the product itself but rather, the delivery process. There were some minor costs involved in shipping which I was not aware of and also the tub weighed significantly more than I was informed which added to the cost of locating the tub in my bath room. So in summary, the tub itself is a beautiful piece of artwork at a very very reasonable price, just be sure of shipping costs and weight when you order.
